Gabriel has over 23 years of public accounting experience. He has extensive experience in tax planning and research, handling clients’ tax compliance matters, as well as planning and reviewing FASB ASC 740 (formerly SFAS 109) provisions. Gabriel has worked in numerous industries, including, financial services, manufacturing, construction, non-for-profit, distribution and retail, telecommunications, among others.

Gabriel’s areas of expertise include local and international corporate taxation, individual taxation, property taxes, sales and use tax and corporate reorganizations. Gabriel has extensive experience in assisting clients before the Puerto Rico Treasury Department, the Municipal Revenue Collection Center, and various municipalities.
